Grilled peppers make wonderful addition to all sorts of dishes. Guess what it is too easy grilled peppers. You can use all kinds of grilled peppers. Some of my personal favorites are red pepper, pablano peppers, chili peppers, to name a few. You can on your grill, preferably gas stove, oven or roasting them on the grill. If you consider using charcoal grill some peppers after you grill the steaks. After grilling your peppers, you can make manydifferent dishes with these spicy peppers.
Start by rinsing the peppers. Next you get the grill hot. If your grill is a gas with a good medium heat. Place your peppers on the grill, and let them sign and leave the skin black. While you want your skin black, you do not want to burn the flesh of the pepper. Leave the skin char on all sides. When you are finished, place the roasted peppers in a paper bag, close the bag and let the peppers cool. It's a good idea to put on the –Bag either in your sink or on the ground, they can leak out and juices.
Well, if you with hot peppers, you may want to use gloves. If you wish to use no gloves, you need not conjure up the fingers near your face. The skins from the peppers cut insulation, the pepper and take the seeds. If any skin is difficult to remove, you can use your knife. Do not rinse your peppers, as you will wash away the taste. This store in refrigerator up to threeDay.
Wonder what to do with peppers? You can add them to omelets, they serve as a salad they serve with a salad and much more. To make a simple salad with them, you can just leave to make, season with olive oil and lemon pepper, and cool. Other dishes I like to make it with grilled peppers are Chile rellenos, grilled red pepper butter and fresh green salad with grilled peppers.
