I bought this mixer for my mother. When she was and is ready for use, would not be! He called the number of the manual for the Kitchen Aid and spoke with a very beautiful lady. He said he would send a new mixer broke and the return when it receives the new. N. questions or problems. Now that is a good company. I am sure that the product is, but it sounds like they have never had problems with the mixer, the company help you!

Hi, this is a review I made about the kitchenaid mixer. It’s a 475 watt and it’s a real nice machine. Has plenty of motor power. I’ve made a comparison between the smaller 300W kitchenaid, his big brother the HD (which I work on in this video) and the Cuisinart . The kitchenaid HD has passed the ultimate test which is mixing and kneading a large amount of bread dough. It has a large base, very strong motor and ALL metal gear, it’s very easy to use and it even looks good. It has also quite a few improvements over the past models. The bowl of this machine is, in fact, Quarts 5.5. The mixture of usable space is only a little 'more than half. The bowl is deep and narrow and beaters are very small. The bowl is approximately 9 "tall (without action). Whisk Attachment has teeth, there are only 4" from top to bottom. To put this in perspective, my Cuisinart Hand Mixer has teeth 3-1/2 "long. Effective mixing capacity of this machine is closer to 3 quarts. If it is enough for you, highly rated for performance in Illustrated cook. Unfortunately, the unit will again, because I really need the specified capacity.

cheesecake was the first thing I used the mixer. It was amazing how quickly it mixed, cold-hard cheeses. Awesome product. Worth $$$…
